I'm sure we've got enough people to start gathering virtual signatures to make our government take a closer look at what's going on between CSC and TSC, and all the discrepancies of the two. Please take a look at the petition... Read it, sign it, posted on your Facebook wall, Twitter, and any other social media outlet. Let's get it out there and get the help from our friends and family who are also there watching us suffer as we wait what it seems like forever to get our I-12...9F applications approved, while other US Citizen just like you and me, who just happened to live on the west side of the country just has to wait an approximate three months to get their interview.

For all of us tired of waiting on USCIS to do something about the inequality between the CSC and TSC... Let our voices be heard!

Let's share this, and have USCIS make this process fair for ALL US Citizens, no matter where they live, no matter what country their Fiancee is from... We can do it, if we do it together!

I can sympathize with you as I was on a slow TSC train.

But those getting fast processing in CSC (compared to TSC) probably don't want their processing

to be slowed down potentially by taking on cases from TSC.

So, life is all relative.

As one poster mentioned the other regarding US unemployment,

if you are employed, it feels like there is 100% employment,

and if you are unemployed, it feels like 100% unemployment.

I don't see TSC getting a big budget to hire and train big staff anytime within your I-129F processing.

About the only thing they can do quickly is to equally share the load among processing centers,

in which case, some would benefit from the change, and some would be penalized.

So I don't see this as win-win for all...

But what the heck do I know about USCIS's internal budget and processing goal.

Totally agree, and I must say that I follow the last news and its a fact that USCIS atm has another problems to resolve (the glitch, the problem of the illegal children in the border, the last action to take about the conflict in Gaza, etc) instead of pay attention to the usual complain from K-1s fillers about TSC and CSC differences in the service.

Still I wish luck to anyone that bet for this signature thing.

Very true...and it is quite evident by the fact that only 3 from areas that would be serviced by CSC have signed it and I would bet they already have NOA2 or greater.
