Like we said on a previous topic, we need to get a hold of FOX, CNN, HLN, CBS, etc. ALL of the big news channels and have the reporters read our petition on live television.

i agree.

my girl told me last night that the TSC are moving fast now she saw in one group that lots of TSC filer approved this week

and CSC are getting a little bit slower lol

just be more patience and have faith

we filed 5 days after you. our interview is august 13th lol

lol goodluck to us thanks to c4c i able to get the july 30 slot lols

but we're having a problem right now because our k2 is having mumps it start yesterday morning was wondering k2 undergo MMR vaccines :angry: now we dont know what will happen on her interview by wednesday :cry:

hope k2 will be fine and they will let them enter the usem premises on Wednesday my girl started to freak out since yesterday lols

You should be fine. Hope K2 feels better.

We got C4C on july3 and 4 days later we got a slot (i think that is vj record).

We are excited for the interview and we are both going together. Everything is ready and we are going to add little more updated stuff in 2 weeks :P

The petition won't work. I honestly think the service centers flip flop between the types of petitions they process. Last year the k1s were processed super fast and the i130s took a life time. I was stuck at TSC for what seemed like an eternity. This whole process sucks. I don't know why they can't get their ####### together. There were all kinds of letter writing campaigns last year. I don't think any of it made a difference.

Its a fact that the administrative process means time and delays in the worst cases. Dont accept that fact make things harder to anyone that only thinks about it. The reality shows that average time nowadays in TSC its between 5.5 to 6.5 months If its not necessary reply the RFE, so I guess that the best that we can do its chill out and be patient about the NOA2.

In my opinion throw more paperwork about complains to USCIS will not make the things faster. This its not about fairness, its about wait in the line like the rest of the people unless you have a good reason to request an expedite.
