Im definitely in, TSC screwed up our first petition and accidentally Denied it after 7 months of waiting, and they didn't want it fixed due to their error, instead they just suggested for me to Reapply. Now im waiting om my 2 petition to be approved and we are almost at 5 months now, I lost hope that me and my fiance will ever be together. We are waiting for soooo long, 7 months first pettitpetition and now 5 months the second one and its all TSC fault. This is sooo Ridiculous I have no words for them!!!

I am a December filer, an still waiting on NOVA2, last week they where on December 17th at TSC.

You may want to send an inquiry. According to Igor's list, they are working on January now (with some exceptions being more recent Philippines filers): http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php?form=1&visa=1&scenter=3&option=2&sortby=2

Wondering the same thing. It's intentional that they don't have that info public. Will do some research to see if I can uncover something and post back here.

What about Donald Neufeld (Donald.W.Neufeld@uscis.dhs.gov)? From the website, he seems like someone who we could contact.

YES! It looks like Donald Neufeld and David Garner would be the most appropriate persons to contact. If no one has any edits to the previously posted draft letter, I'm going to send my complaint ASAP.
