I can't undestand why some August 2014 filers are already getting NOA2 when not all July 2014 are approved/denied yet? Approvals are happening left and right, and I'm still waiting for mine...I check multiple times a day and nothing changes....no text no email......please help me....

For most cases it is just fate. They get scanned, put into folders, the folders are then put into boxes, boxew are staged and workers grab a box at a time. Just depends on how fast or slow the people were at these on where your or my file is.

I am frustrated as you are. Even though my noa1 is 5 aug. I see people a week or two after getting approved.

Relax and spend your time preparing for your future spouse and getting things done. I have cleaned, shampooed the carpet, re organized the house, basement and garage. I am 90% done painting the inside. I will shampoo the carpet again when i am done.

STAY BUSY it helps pass the time or go nuts one. As my fiancee says everyday when we talk and i ask how her day was she says " I keep myself busy"

My NOA 1 august 8. Don't have update yet but hopefully soon! Very excited than anxious at the moment and not really fretting on getting the NOA 2 early because we still have to wait for our engagement party on February in the Philippines before I go to the US! More excited for that than the NOA 2 to be honest.

"On October 1, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)."

Yay!!!! NOA2 after 91 days! :D:D:D

My fiancée Emilia and I met in October 2009 in Wrocław, Poland while I was doing “study abroad” after graduating High School in California. We started dating in the beginning of December 2009. In September of 2010, I went back to Poland to start a full time study program at the University of Arts in Poznań. I decided to study in Poland because I wanted to be close to Emilia. In October of 2012, Emilia decided to move to Poznań to live with me.
