NOA2 Received Just 15 Days from NOA1! Unusual? or more Common than I realized?

I was surprised and excited to find that I recieved my NOA2 for the K1 visa today, just 15 days apart from my NOA1. After reading that it could take up to 5 months to receive the NOA2, I was shocked! I was under the impression that the NOA2 would take quite a bit of time, but apparently not always! I realize there is much more that needs to be done before getting the visa, but it was encouraging to say the least! Time to get moving faster along with the paperwork to send my finace for the interview. :DAnyone else receive the NOA2 faster than they thought?

Congrats! Your I-129F must be processed at CSC, isn't it?

That's great! And you're right - it usually takes much longer. But California Service Center seems to be moving so fast these days. We've been waiting 6 months and a day now for ours from the Texas Service Center.

Medical Exam: 8/29/2014 (Yikes! The whole thing has now been postponed for 2 months for TB testing)

I wouldn't say its unusual as its been happening a lot it seems lately. My NOA2 came 13 days later. Now you just need to wait for the NVC, which may or may not be as quick as your NOA2.
