Hi everyone. my case just got approved by TSC :dancing: Good luck to everyone here.

Congrats!!!

Really wish these people were more fair in how they process petitions . Here waiting while I see people that filed after me get approved. As much as I am glad they can move on to the next step it is so irritating.

I know exactly how you feel!! We have almost similar NOA1 :protest:

When I see people being approved with NOA1 of late June, or even beginning of July, it's so disappointing

Really wish these people were more fair in how they process petitions . Here waiting while I see people that filed after me get approved. As much as I am glad they can move on to the next step it is so irritating.

Hi bkghosh,

Please answer below questions when you get a chance:

1. In India, usually we did not have a vaccinations document/ detail,

So we need to say 'No' to this question. Am I correct?

Q: Do you have documentation to establish that you have

Received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law?

2. Fingerprinting & Photo

We are living in Chennai; we need to go to Mumbai for the interview 2 / 3 days before.

Q: Can I do the Fingerprinting and Photo one day before the interview Date?

3. Pickup the Passport

Can we pick up the passport on the same day of the interview date? Right?

Thank you for your time.

That is correct. If you do not have documentation to prove vaccinations as a child, you need to say NO. You can however, go ahead and get some of these vaccinations (from a local vaccination clinic or your family physician) ahead of the medicals. This way you won't get poked multiple times during the medical.

Fingerprinting/Photo: A day before the actual interview is fine. Although, it would be better if you can get done sooner. With the way things are (poilitically and otherwise) you may never know if there will be a 'bandh' on that day.

P/U Passport: You won't get the passport back the same day. Normally they will send it back to Chennai (in a bout a week) where you will p/u from their pickup location.

Congrats Yaya, What was your PD...did u raised any e request after 5 months...can u share the NOA1 and NOA2 dates

I raised a request at 5 months and 1 day with my congressman..no love yet. I recommend trying a Senator instead to see if that helps.
