June 18th, 2014 -- Mailed 130, 485, 131, 765 via USPS

June 20th, 2014 -- Confirmed received

June 25th, 2014 -- Received Acceptance (NOA) via email/text

NOW.. playing the waiting game!!

06/21/2010 - We first met.

06/06/2012 - My wife first comes to US on F-1 to study

05/19/2014 - We get married!

06/18/2014 - Mail in AOS forms.

06/20/2014 - Confirmed Delivered via USPS 2-day

06/25/2014 - NOA (I-130, I-485, I-131, I-765) via Email/Text Message

06/30/2014 - ASC Appt. Notice for Biometrics received!

07/01/2014 - Hardcopy of NOA received.

07/17/2014 - Appt. to take Biometrics

08/07/2014 - Ready for interview scheduling!

08/10/2014 - Received Interview date scheduled for September 16, 2014

08/27/2014 - Travel Document Approved!

08/28/2014 - EAD Approved!

Just chiming in, but we're still waiting for the notification of acceptance, NOA1 etc. Very glad that we chose to send it via certified mail, so at least I know it got there!

I just received hard copy of my I-485 and I-485 by mail today. Excited to see my case started moving on. Good luck to everyone.

AOS packet was delivered to chicago on 6/7 and we finally got text on 6/24

June 3- Mailed AOS & EAD application

June 24 at 1am - Received SMS & email receipt notification for both.

Until now receipt numbers are not found online.

Is this normal? :D

Wait until you received hard copy of your NOA-1 for AoS and EAD. If still don't work probably you have started calling USCIS.

Sent our package yesterday, 06/26 ... Said to be delivered on Saturday, not that it matters.

Fingers crossed.. If I receive my EAD I can get in-state tuition for fall semester. Know I'm cutting it close, but who knows.. Maybe I'll be one of those people who get it in a month or so.

AOS from F-1, maintaining status

August 2010 was introduced to each other during a visit in NY.
01/14/2012: Arrived at JFK with F-1 visa with the intention of studying for three years, and then do OPT. Intention was not to get married!
Yet, almost five semesters as a full-time international student later he proposed ...

04/07/2014: Married in Queens, NY

06/26/2014: I-485, I-130, I-765, I-131 and supporting documents sent to Chicago Lockbox via USPS Priority.

06/30/2014: USPS states delivery happened 6:50 am.

07/07/2014: Received NOA of I-130, I-485, I-131, I-765 dated 07/02. --- What a great 3-month anniversary gift!

07/15/2014: Received Biometrics appointment scheduled 07/31, in Long Island City.

07/31/2014: Biometrics done. Process took 45 minutes. 99% was waiting time. Awesome people working there. Good experience!

08/06/2014: Case i-485 updated to Testing & Interview on uscis.gov - - Yay!

08/29/2014: Updates on I-765, card in production as well as I-131.

09/04/2014: Update on I-485, interview scheduled for October 10th, 2014.
09/08/2014: Received combo-card. Went straight to Social Security office to get SSN.
09/15/2014: Received Social security card in mail.
10/10/2014: Interview at Long Island City. Took no more than 10 minutes. Was simple, normal questions. Was approved on spot.

ROC

10/07/2016: USPS stated I-751 was delivered. Also sent in fee waiver request.
10/19/2016: Got everything back, with denied fee waiver. They misspelled my name. Makes me wonder if they even read my application. My name is all over the papers.
10/25/2016: Sent in ROC (I-751) again, with USPS.

10/29/2016: I-751 delivered again.
11/2/2016: Checks cashed
12/16/2016: Biometrics done in LIC, Queens.

Add me to the list, I filed on Tuesday. It's been nice not having to any immigration stuff for a couple of months but now its back! I know my package was delivered through tracking it so now I'm anxiously awaiting my NOA1 emails. Good luck to everyone :)

We received our email/txt messages 11 business days after filing. The hard copies came 4 days after the email. then we received our biometrics letter 3 days later. Good luck to all. The journey continues.

Day 174 05-11-2018 Oath Ceremony at Fort Smith USCIS.

Almost same with ours. We filed on June 13th, received notification via emails (no text) on June 23rd, hard copies I-485 and I-765 came 3 days later ( June 26th). I am hoping will received biometric letter sooner so we can plan accordingly since the closest USCIS local office from Key West is in Miami - 12 hours driving back and forth-. :crying:

You should verify the conditions for in-state tuition. Some people here in VJ say that you qualify for in-state tuition one year after getting the green card.

Though it is still aint showing online haha!

Thats ok, as long as i have the NOA at least i can get my learners permit now coz state of Florida requires it. Excited to hit the US highway!!!!!
