Hi V'jers,I wanna thank everyone here to guide others through ROC and want to share my experience.

I went to check mails in evening as i do regularly and found approval letter dated 5/21.

Most surprising part is-the online status is still initial review which i have been checking for last 3 days constantly and checked even after receiving letter, still same.

I signed up for email and text alert too but never received anything ,just straight letter of approval.

I called at customer services number on 20th may and told her that i did not receive anything after bio and i am concerned because my green is expired.I explained her that i am worried because i had hard time at dmv to renew my ID.The lady first took my bio receipt number, took time to look at my petition then told me that my bio was clear and there is no problem with my petition like no other letter is being sent. She just asked me to be patient and decision will be mailed to me.And same thing happened ,nothing changed online but got letter by mail.

Even though i was confident because of documents i submitted ,but never thought of decision within 3 months :dancing: .

I am listing all docs i submitted to help others.

Yup,subtract 90 days from expiration date of conditional green card. That is when you can file jointly, not before that.

Good luck
