Expedite at NVC?

Is it possible to ask for expedite at NVC? If yes, how do you make the request and what happens in this case? You just do all the paperwork with the embassy?

And do I need to wait for case number before making request?

call them, ask for tier 2 person and request one. You need a good reason for the expedite, they don't give them just because you want one

try and call.. maybe you will be expedited or not. it is up to them... no harm in trying...

There are no "tier 2" people at the NVC which is what the OP is asking about. The OP could make a request with the first person they spoke with. If they didn't like what the person told them, they could then ask to speak to a supervisor.
