"If you have a dependent spouse or child who do not live with you, Send the ff:

1. court or govt order to provide financial support

2. evidence of financial support like receipts etc."

Do I have to send those since they don't live with me but my wife have a job too, but I send money a month?

Also on 2x2 colored ID pictures, I cant write with pencil it wont live a print, can I use a pen instead?

Question guys....for my supporting docs I sent: birth certs of our 2 kids, hubby's naturalization cert, marriage cert (we were married before I got my greencard), copy of greencard (front & back), 2 color passport pics and check. Based on the list of items http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/article/attachments.pdf in #4a (Documents referring to you and your spouse) I believe my kids birth certs. would have been enough and the other items were "optional" as long as something from that line (#4a) was included. Just want to make sure I didn't miss anything :/

  • You can send whatever evidence that you have that shows you send money monthly.
  • A very sharp pencil worked for me at the back of the passport photos

May seems kinda small compered to April....so it'll be easier to keep track.
