My PD is 30-APR-13

The cut-off date for my selection is: 01MAY12

My case was completed on June 5th. So does it mean that i have to wait for the interview to be scheduled for a year or so?

More or less, although for Sept 2014 VB it will move to OCT 2012 (not sure of the exact cut-off day). Its really difficult to predict. It may be sooner or later.

What is the source of those great news?

Its a common sense......a guy with PD Nov 13 2012 gets Interview letter with interview scheduled in month of September....Now the Date for VB falls for 1, 8, 15 & 21 of any month...as far as i have seen no one beyond this date has received IL....so it could be most probably 15 Nov 2012.....
