One question regarding i864EZ eligibility, in my case petitioners status is as below:

2013 tax year = 60, 000 W2 income only

2012 tax year= 50, 000 W2 + 3500 (business income )

2011 tax year= 50, 000 W2 + 3500 (business income )

Sponsoring only 1 person -spouse

Will I be eligible for a I864-EZ?

Can you answer yes to the 3 questions they ask for eligibility to use that form. If u=yes than use it. Not really sure with business income (I believe that is self-employed so not sure. Ask in the NVC filers thread.

8May: DS260 completed

16May: packets scanned in NVC system

13 June: check list : missing page 7 of i864.

25 June : scan date AOS checklist

7 Aug: Case Complete...... BIG ACCOMPLISHMENT

14 Aug: interview date assigned

16 Aug: Email interview appointment received

18 Aug: Medical completed

23 Aug: biometric done,DS260 stamped, fingerprints taken.

10 Sep: interview day; interview took 511 days from I-130 NOA1

Hi TYorke1 and any other UK souls awaiting interview dates,

I was told the same as you re the Medical by Knigtsbridge so haven't arranged my medical yet either. the lady told me that they can normally get you in within a week to 10 days from when you call.

I couldn't wait for an email from NVC so am currently on hold at NVC to see if there is any news on our date. My wife (The USC) is pulling her hair out at work constantly checking her emails constantly - GREAT NEWS - LONDON IS SCHEDULING - OUR DATE IS 23RD MAY !!!!! Gotto go and ring the wife. I will fill you in on what the rep said (Nice guy called Todd) when I've told her!!

Congratulations on getting a date! I'm going to call in a bit. Did he say they were scheduling a bulk for London?

I was hoping an earlier date. My sister is getting married on may 23rd week and I was hoping my spouse could join me. Interview is not until May 29th.

Has anyone ever before tried contacting the embassy to get an earlier date?

As I mentioned before. Call NVC like monday to see if your casefile has been send. Then track it through DHL. Once it arrives at embassy notify them you request an earlier date. You never know you may.

It happens people just need to ask. It won;t hurt to ask but you have to wait until your casefile arrives.

Interview on May 21st @ London. NVC phone rep said I should get email confirmation in the next couple of days.

Any UK peeps should call because it looks like they are filling us all in.
