Today makes 30 days since USCIS has received my RFE, since received on FEB 10th 2015... To today's date March 11th, 2015 exactly 30 days later.. With no response from them.

We had our interview yesterday after filing last April and receiving RFE in Nov.

at the end she said thanks, and i'll get a letter in the mail. she cant provide a timeline since mine is not the only case she's working. she needs to review all the material provide. she told me that i already have a one year extension so should be good to use that while she researches.

Hi Yurika/Jim, thanks for updating. I'm still waiting on letter so hope all goes well. Any thoughts on my case....has anyone seen something similar? For those still waiting, are you planning on applying for citizenship in about a month? Thoughts?

I came home from work and guess what!! After 11 month of wait time I got approved, got a letter from them and a text message too!

Also USCIS has updated their website "Card Was Ordered To Be Produced On March 23, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number EACXXXXXXXXX,
and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go towww.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

NOA1 date: 05/05/2015 (May 5 2014)

Biometrics: Current

Approval date: 03/19/2015

I wish that everyone gets approved soon. Goodluck folks!

Phew! Now one month of wait time and then journey to citizenship will begin.

-----Adjustment of Status for both Parents-----------------------------------------------

05/11/2018: Mailed documents I130, I485, I131,I693, NBC for Adjustment of Status

05/16/2018: Received Date/ Priority Date - NOA Received

05/25/2018: Received NOA Bio-metrics for I485 Appt: 06/10/2018

06/10/2018: Bio-metrics are completed

06/12/2018: Received RFE requesting for a Birth Certificate for both parents

07/28/2018: Responded to RFE, sent their non availability of birth certificate copy

08/02/2018: Online status changed to " Request for Evidence was Received"

08/29/2018: Made an info pass appointment requesting for expediting Travel document as parents had to travel India. Expedite request was rejected 

09/14/2018: I131 Parole document was Approved

05/16/2018: Received Date/ Priority Date - NOA Received

05/25/2018: Received NOA Bio-metrics for I485 Appt: 06/10/2018

06/10/2018: Bio-metrics are completed

06/12/2018: Received RFE requesting for a Birth Certificate for both parents

07/28/2018: Responded to RFE, sent their non availability of birth certificate copy

08/02/2018: Online status changed to " Request for Evidence was Received"

08/29/2018: Made an info pass appointment requesting for expediting Travel document as parents had to travel India. Expedite request was rejected 

09/14/2018: I131 Parole document was Approved

I made an infopass appointment for March23rd to find out as to whats going on with my case and also get my passport stamped.

When i went there the officer took sometime and check my case and told me that my case was approved on March 19 and approval letter should be coming soon.

When i got home i checked my postbox and approval letter was there. The same day evening i got a status update text and email from USCIS.

-----Adjustment of Status for both Parents-----------------------------------------------

I came home from work and guess what!! After 11 month of wait time I got approved, got a letter from them and a text message too!

Also USCIS has updated their website "Card Was Ordered To Be Produced On March 23, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number EACXXXXXXXXX,

and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go towww.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

NOA1 date: 05/05/2015 (May 5 2014)

Biometrics: Current

Approval date: 03/19/2015

I wish that everyone gets approved soon. Goodluck folks!

Phew! Now one month of wait time and then journey to citizenship will begin.

Did you create a service request? If not ask the tier2 to do so.. this will definitely speed up the process.
