The IL or P4 letter is an email that will come usually within hours or at least 24 hrs of them scheduling you an interview. usually most will call once they start scheduling to know.

I am currently going to school full time using my post 9/11 GI Bill and I'm receiving $2300 a month as a housing stipend. I'm currently unemployed and wanted to know if this money would count as income. I have a letter from the VA stating what I'm receiving and when I started school. It's the weekend so the embassy in Manila is closed, where our case is currently at, so I should hear back from them next week.

My husband is currently going to school using the Post 9/11 GI Bill and is receiving a monthly housing stipend of $2300. I wanted to know if this is considered income that can be used for the visa process? He's been going to school since November 2013 and will continue going to school for the next few years.

How bad do you want to know? I would have called the minute I say ISSUED. Why are you hesitating. At least calling or email (however you contact your embassy) find out.

I was Expecting to get an E-mail or a call from the Embassy asking to send the passport to them but they didn't. I am going to e-mail them to figure out if this is a mistake or should I send my passport!

After the Green Card is received, is the spouse with the GC able to travel freely then in and out of the United States (i.e., back to visit his original country)? Or does he have to fill out forms to be able to do so?

Yes he can. They don't restrict how often you leave and come back. There is however a limit on the duration on how long you can be out of the country and still maintain your status. If you want to exceed this limit, you have to apply for a document (re-entry permit).

Actually you don't need the physical GC. The stamp that they put on your passport at POE serves as your temporary green card.

I personally use:

kayak.com, hipmunk.com

They are search engines for tickets. I just find them easier to navigate. Most of the results would either send you to orbitz, expedia or the airlines website.

You can try the airline's website directly too.

Also, if you have complex routing, I would suggest using a travel agent. Depending on your route, sometimes an agent is cheaper .. sometimes more. HTH

Yes my hope all the websites they gave you are trusted... Bought tickets with them ... But honestly been lately buying my tickets with airfrance and delta.. ( silver delta member) best service for me..
