Hey everyone,

I need a little advice

I finally through the I-130 process. My case has been transfered to NVC last week. I was talking to someone and they told me to watch out for the domicile requirment for the petitioner.

I spend 1 year in Iraq and 2 months in the USa back and forth. I cannot leave my husband there is no way. But i still have my rent lease that has my name on it, my drivers license, my college ID card, and I am still attending college( doing online classes instead of wasting time.) I will be graduating next fall. In Iraq, I dont work, I dont do anything I just stay home.

DO you think this proves my domicile requirment or should I just go back after the NVC sends me all the papers and wait for my husband in USA just to be safe?

I am really confused.
