I just want to make sure that no one overlooks the importance of knowing your husbands ####### well before the interview. I'm looking out for everyone's best interest.

I already know that guy is circumcised. She dropped the ball.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

I said they did not accomplish it. I did not say they didn't commit it.

Fair enough, I may have misunderstood you. And I DO agree with your assessment that they didn't do it to further his gay marriage rights. He just wanted to stay here because he found out in school he can get his freak on with men and he liked it. It might have been more of a sweet story if he had actually been fighting to stay with his husband. He really lucked out with that lottery thing.

Yes. I am very much against marriage fraud. They did bad, wrong.

What I was trying to say, is that USCIS caught them and it would not have worked. They did not succeed in their fraud. So it is a testament to the fact that USCIS does know what they are doing.

I then wondered aloud why this didn't affect the DV lottery visa.

Anyone else want to try to twist my words and misread things?

So you are saying you are very much for marriage fraud unless you can get a DV?

Nope, I'm not saying that.

I see you were the next one to misread things.

Who's next?

So, you're saying marriage fraud is okay as long as one of them is gay?

Sounds like she is admitting Marriage fraud. Deport him and charge her

Yup Yup.

Who the #### is making the decision to not do this? I'd like to speak to that person, nowish, please and thank you.

Haven't studied a timeline on these two slackers, but surely he could have filed AOS after marriage to another **-erectus of his genre in the USA.

I'm more worried about the student visa hackjob.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
