Hello everyone,

I have a question about the filing process for adjustment of status.I would like to know much is the total fee for the I-485 and I-765 if filing together?

I would also like to know if I get married with the 90 days, does that also mean the adjustment of status have to be filed within the 90 days as well?

The latest fee for AOS is I-485 $985 + $85 biometric fee for a total of $1070

EAD (I-765) and AP(I-131) are free with AOS filing.

You have to get married within the 90 days but you don't have to file AOS within the 90 days.

No you do not have to file within 90 days of getting married. There are no guidelines of when to file, but they ask that you do not wait for years. LOL!!!!

The total amount due for AOS is $1070.00, if you add EAD and AP, it is still the same fee, as they are free as long as you file for AOS.
