I've never had anyone be anything but nice to me at NVC. They've been courteous, answered my questions...they were nice people. One guy helped me with a question about my I-864 that even my accountant

Hello..how long does it take to receive the invoice of IV bill nowadays? My ds261 has been added to case file on feb. 7 2014 but until now still waiting for iv bill invoice.

i submitted 261 on 19th. why i didnt get IV bill yet ?

It is taking about 2 weeks from submittal to the IV invoice. Be patient.

Just checking in here. I-130 and I-129F approved on 2/19/14 from CSC. NVC hasn't received case yet. Please add me to the spreadsheet. Thanks!

There is nothing really for saylin to add until you get case numbers. Her spreadsheet tracks speed through the NVC from case number to case complete. Just an FYI for everyone. :D

Hey guys I have a question,

So my husband got his PCC from Kuwait, but will be permanently leaving soon to his home country. I am afraid the PCC might expire by the time of the interview. Kuwait does not give PCC's unless the person is present in the country. Will I have issues if the PCC expires before the interview?

Howdy from Texas! I just got my NOA2 from TSC for my I-130! So I'm eager for the NVC Stage and pray that they are not taking more than 4 months total!

11-18-2013: Transfer date to TSC

02-26-2014: NOA2 (I-130 and I-129F)

03-26-2014: Shipped to NVC (I-130 and I-129F)

NVC:

03-28-2014: NVC received case

04-29-2014: Case Number assigned

05-15-2014: AOS packet arrived at NVC

05-15-2014: IV Packet received by NVC

Howdy from Texas! I just got my NOA2 from TSC for my I-130! So I'm eager for the NVC Stage and pray that they are not taking more than 4 months total!

TSC waited three weeks before sending my approved case to the NVC, but if you're lucky they'll send it out in a week. Things at the NVC are slowing down a bit, but getting it done less than 4 months from where you are now is realistic, but maybe not if you get a checklist.

07/29/2014 - NOA1

11/19/2014 - Transfer to TSC

12/19/2014 - NOA2

01/15/2014 - NVC Received (TSC held it for 3 weeks...)

02/19/2014 - Case no. and IIN assigned; requested embassy change

02/27/2014 - DS-261 available and submitted

02/28/2014 - AOS available and paid

03/19/2014 - AOS mailed

03/27/2014 - AOS entered into system

03/24/2014 - New case no. assigned

03/25/2014 - IV fee invoiced and paid

03/28/2014 - IV package sent via FedEx

04/26/2014 - case complete

06/01/2014 - passed interview

I find her spreadsheet not only useful for that but also for tracking how long it's taking ppl to go from NOA2 at diff service centers to NVC receiving case then to case number assignment :-D

hello everyone! just a question, we were so confused with the new i864 form for the mailing address, that is for who the petitioner or beneficiary? coz we cant put the beneficiary's address. and if it is for the petitioner the only information for the beneficiary is the name only? thanks
