Hi all

I am a citizen of India and a permanant resident in USA. My wife is from Ukraine. I have a little confusion. The priority date the USCIS issues every month based on individual countries...is it based on my country (India) or my wife's country (Ukraine)? Thank you

Your PD is Nov 2013 if i'm not wrong , give it 1-2 months time. If Jan 2013 stuck on VB for months than i'm afraid that you'll have to wait even longer but there are people in the same situation , normally when your PD is going to be current they will start process your case in advance before it's current.
