Hi,Hari29! I applied for my husband on October,25,2013 and got approval in a month,so in early March,hopefully,you will get yours!Mine i130 was in California center too.

Hi,

My PD is 2nd Dec 2013

Service Centre is CSC

Anybody else with Dec 2013 PD ?Anyone got i-130 approval?

My PD is also 2 Dec 2013 and I am also at CSC.

CSC is now working on November petitions so hopefully we should be approved by next month the latest.

I too got i-130 approval on feb 5th 2014 ..My PD is 02 dec 2013..Congrats to all who got approvals..Those waiting will also get it soon!!

Could someone tell me what are the next steps in the process??

Congrats cp9, I recently got approved too on Feb 3. We have the same pd date Dec 2, 2013. Our cases will now be sent to the NVC, they will enter us in their system, give us a case number. Then we have to wait until our priority date becomes current before they will take any further action on our cases.

Thanks, I really hope we start seeing movements on the visa bulletin by next month. I read various different timeframe on here of how long our cases will take to reach NVC . The longest being 8 weeks. I think however I will give them until the end of the February and then I will start calling NVC to see if my case is there.

But I think its in california service center.

Yep WAC is California Service Center. You should get a approval in the next couple days as they are currently working on Nov & Dec petitions.Did you check your case status online?
