For f2a dec 2013 we called the nvc today and it says that this march will continue to process your papers for philippines

Please what question did you ask NVC? My priority date is 24th Sept 2013, my case has been pending at NVC since Feb 2014, I have only been assigned a case number. Kindly reconfirm, you were told we can continue the process by March. I know for sure that when one's priority date is current or close to being current, NVC would contact them to pay fees, etc. If this is correct that by March, NVC would start processing cases again because I think they stopped accepting payments from late September fliers when the retrogression was about to start. If an NVC operator confirms that we would be enabled to choose an agent, pay fees and continue the process UPTO case complete, then it means two things, either our case is close to current or our case would be current. Let's watch as the bulletin gets updated. I pray for a jump in the coming visa bulletins. Good luck

My husband called the NVC jan.2 2015 he asked whats going on with the petition of my wife?our paper is approved april 1,2014 and until now why cant we access the ds-261 and then They only asked our priority date and what country and the said for philippines just wait for march as the process will continue...

Ok I Understood, but if that was for Philippines, so it may be possible to ROW too. I know Philippines it a country that have a limit by law. Good luck for you.

As far as i know we still inside of 2 to 3 years waiting period as a F2A, but in our case as a late quater 2013 filler and having PD soon i think we are just on the right time the sooner the better, hope we can start process our paper by march just like what said of one of our vjmember, and to make sure that we late quater 2013 filler are now next in line cheers...

i wish the CSC applicants who have already been approved would understand that there are still a ton of us at VSC with earlier PD who are still waiting for approval. What that means is that as long as VSC is not moving, you will not move further either!

I'm have a December 2013 PD and I have not even had my file touched in 1 year! Its so annoying to read CSC applicants with much later PD's whining that they cannot proceed in NVC. Be glad that at least you have your approval in hand.

I hope that all other applicant will be approved soon. I am suprised because I gotten my NOA 2 in 2 months and 12 days in California Service Center whom is approving applications very slow in concordance to comments in this post.

So, now I want know If soon I could acces to fill tha DS-260 and make pay. Any comment?

I think as the priority dates draw closer VSC would start to approve petitions same with NVC receiving payments, this process is hard on us all. it's really sad that VSC has chosen to neglect this petitions. We can only hope the bulletin advances sooner than we think. Some have case complete, some have been approved petitions , some are still waiting to be approved, in fact most August 2013 fliers have immigrated, while some before them are still stuck waiting as the bulletin advances, In all we are grateful to God. Slowly but surely we would all get there. Good luck to us all.

I completely agree. My PD is about a month after yours. Same boat - NOA 1 received and it hasn't been touched since. Applicants with CSC will not get how many in VSC feel. At least the fact that you've even reached the NVC stage means your application is moving. It's one less thing for you to worry about once the priority date gets closer to being current. Whereas, for the past year, I have seen no movement, no news, no updates and no peace wondering when the application will move. My honest feeling and personal prediction (based on current movement) is that:

1. The priority date will reach December 2013 around the September 2015 visa bulletin.

2. A lot of us who are stuck with VSC will start seeing approvals in the next 2 months.

2.a. My basis for this is that (again personal opinion) as the visa bulletin comes within a 4-6 month gap of one's priority date, the VSC will start approving and sending out NOA 2s

3. After May's Visa Bulletin - There may be about a one month skip in the bulletin - I actually used a prior year's VB to estimate this

Again those are my personal feelings on what "may" happen and in no way represents any factual evidence or definite progress towards our journeys.

I can only pray that at the end of this journey, we live humbly and wake up thankful for each day as only we know individually the struggle and challenge of being apart and facing each day. I for one, always dream about the moment my wife will walk through the gates for the first time as a permanent resident and that I'll be walking right beside her.

But until the June VB, seems like the movement will be at an average 2-4 weeks. Good luck to all and please - August to December filers, please post when you receive your NOA2s, especially those who are stuck with VSC!
