My wife is a Green Card holder and i am a Nepali Citizen. She is 10 years older than me..... she applied for I-130 and it got approved as my case is in NVC now. as the process is going, Can she send me Tourist Visa to visit her?

She can't apply for a tourist visa for you, you have to apply for your own tourist visa.

You can apply for one on your own, she really can't help. The problem is that you must prove that you have no intent to stay in the US because you have strong ties to Nepal. Hard to do when you are in the process of filing for a green card

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Your wife doesn't issue tourist visas. Department of State does. You'd have to apply and see if they approve you. With immigrant case in NVC, highly unlikely you would be issued a tourist visa, but no reason not to try if you have the money for application fee.
