Can I apply from Outside of us if i meet all the requirement?

I will be eligible to apply for n-400 on january 31,2014. I got my green card on May,1 2009. till now I have had 6 trips outside the united state, but non of them were lasted more than 6 months. since january 2013, I am studying outside of the US. in the past whole year, i have travelled to US every 3 months for at least 15 days each time. I am not in US right now. My bank accounts in GA,and I've the same state driving license. I've never worked here (Where i'm studying). I have been living on the same address since last 2 and half year(In states, in GA). Do you think I'm eligible to apply? If yes, can I sent my application to USCIS directly from my current temporary address?

You would need to calculate the exact number of days you have been outside of the US since you obtained your green card; it sounds as if you may be on the edge of abandoning your residency due to not residing in the US.

Thnks for reply. I have counted the exact days and it turn out to be 413 days in past 5 years. Would that be a problem?
