This is about a K-1 fiancee visa

I had a friend apply for a k1 visa for me. She was just very good friend. But now I find someone I wish to marry. Can they also apply for k1 visa? And if they do, will it cause any problems in getting visa?

so can we apply K-1 with diffrent diffrent persons?

pls help us

You are willfully commiting a visa fraud. How can a "friend" file for a K1 visa for you?

Because of people like you, consulates/embassys are suspecting everyone and rejecting genuine cases, hurting people who are really in love and who are planning to marry and live a happy married life. Process/scrutiny is also getting longer, in some caes years, because of people like you.

I hope there is better way to sniff out fraudsters.

I think the government should put an end to k-1 visas. Too many people committing fraud.

All visas are open to fraud. I came over on a K-1, my 19 year old son is here with me on a K-2. If you had your way, he would still be stuck in the UK. The K visa is the only one that lets a 19 year old travel here with his parent. Is there any fraud from Jordan? if so how about stopping all visas from there?

I've got to agree with a lot of people on here - it's situations like this one that make it so difficult for everyone in a genuine relationship and that really sucks.

To me, and I could be wrong, but it sounds the OP is making a mockery of the system and again, it's situations like that that will continue to make it so hard for the real filers. It sounds like the OP just wants to live in the USA regardless and his partner should see this as a reflag straight away and question the validity of their "relationship" - especially if they have only been together for 5 months. As already asked, have you guys even met in person?! A marriage is a serious thing and it is a lifelong commitment - not just a 5 minute whim to bypass legal red tape. I truly believe in the right for anybody to get married if they are truly in love, but I detest it when people don't take it seriously and enter in to it with other motives.

Sorry to rant but it really makes me upset!
