Seriously, though - each county in the USA has a psychiatric sherrif's office, who is more interested in getting the perp/loonie into care, not shooting em.

I have, however, been "approved" by the state to carry a concealed handgun. Licensed, fingerprinted, background checked, the whole deal. Good to go!

Here's what I find interesting. Conservatives are all about the law, because when someone breaks it, they want the book thrown at them. No mercy from what I've read. You got folks in here that think selling weed should be punishable by death. Yet, when it's them that break the law, it's always different.

Ah, I see where MBD is going with this and it's a good soundbyte to bring up. "Law abiding gun owners" is a lot like "People who support Obama for his policies." It's not real. But, since the government is the one making it up, and the government says it's okay to break some laws, then it's possible to still be a law abiding citizen even if you break some laws.

You just can't break the ones they don't want you to break.

I don't know. I do know that I have a perfectly clean record. No run-ins with the law. Ever.
