Jean.... DEEP BREATHS :D

He has his visa, you can stop worrying. :D:D

Even if he doesn't get his ticket today, he is coming home to you sooooo soon!!

You have every reason to celebrate and no reasons to worry.

Let yourself smile and be happy.

:)

And it might not hurt to go get a massage, it could quite possibly help you in the relaxing department.

:P

Allah tries his chosen people through many hardships, but those who persevere through adversity, surrendering themselves before the will of Allah, shall be blessed with a superb reward.

-The Prophet Muhammad (SAW), as reported by Anas bin Malik

A time will come when the sky is torn apart; when the stars scatter, and the ocean drains away; and when the graves are tossed about, and laid open. At that time every man will be told what he has done, and what he has failed to do; and every woman will be told what she has done, and what she has failed to do.

-Qur'an, Al-Infitar, Surah 82:1-5

I like your new avatar...good advice about the massage, I am a massage therapist and

can tell you that will take you off the" emotional visa roller coaster feeling" and relax you.

Breathing advice for panic attacks:

Laying flat take in deep, slow breaths with your belly( not short shallow ones with your

upper chest) slow count 4 in and slow count 6 out.

You are in a flight or fight mode and too stressed out.

Everything will fall into place now...the worst is over !

He will be looking into your eyes before you know it.

You can remind me of this next time I spazz out dealing with AR/AP or whatever

we are in. :)

Jean, you know I still have issues! I always would call Khallid on my way to work each morning and there are days I'm like OH S###!!!!! I forgot to call Khallid! Then I giggle and remember he is sitting at home waiting for the danged EAD. It's crazy, we literally do not go anywhere without each other when I'm not at work. Everyone says this will change in time, but for now, nope :star:

But I do believe you that you can't relax. I just got a very odd letter last night about my Mohamed's visa and the process - I couldn't sleep all night!
