Hi everyone.

I am the intending immigrant and my wife is the US Citizen. I am currently adjusting my status from a B-2 visa and these are the documents we have added to the i-130 and i-485 documents to establish the bonafide relationship. I would like to know if it is enough or if we need to add more stuff -

(1) Certified copy of marriage certificate

(2) Phone records indicating phone calls made to each other (spanning the period of January 2013 - August 2013)

(3) Evidence of trips taken together (Bus tickets, Hotel and AirBnB housing reservations)

(4) Tickets to places we have been together (To the Seattle Aquarium, Space Needle, Oregon Zoo etc)

(5) Flower and Chocolate gift receipt from Teleflora for gift I bought her in May 2012

(6) About 7 pictures of wedding

(7) About 20 pictures of us with all her immediate family (Mom, dad, sisters) and others of me and her friends and family

(8) Mails sent to us at the same address (To establish sharing of common residency since we live at her mother's house and we don't pay rent)

(9) Joint Account statements with Debit cards issued to both of us linked to the same account

(10) Mails sent to us from my family congratulating us on our engagement (I printed out the postage envelopes showing the stamps too)

(11) Postage mails and emails we went to each other when I was away in Ghana or in a different state.

(12) Cards we sent to each other from various occasions from Christmas, New Years, Birthdays..even Halloween lol

Most of these span a period of April 2012 - December 2013 (We dated for 1 year 6 months before we got married. I have been going in and out of the US for about 5 times every few months to visit her prior to our wedding here in Oregon last 2 months)

Please tell me if this is enough for the i-130 and the i-485 application?

This application is already driving me crazy! lol

Thank you in advance and happy New year!!! :-)

Yes but actually the wedding was a private one. It was me, my wife, her mother, her auntie and her best friend. Her dad and 2 of her sisters were out of the country. The only one here was also in labor so we decided to have just a. Small wedding with no invitation cards or any grandiose and later have an all inclusive ceremony which will involve my family members and all her family members too. And let me mention that I am applying for advance parole so I could go to my country with her to go visit my family and friends. Probably before my interview date.
