dwheels76, My embassy is Warsaw. Belarus hates US, so they demanded US embassy staff to be reduced to 5 people. Therefore, we have no visa services and have to go to Warsaw for IV's. Huge PITA, since it requires Schengen visa and that is not easy to get either

I got to admit I am a dummy on this. I thought Warsaw was renamed changed (sorry my bad).

I feel your pain. Our anniversary was Feb 3, so we're already going to miss that. But whenever you are reunited again, it will make up for it, that's what we're assuming at least. Just knowing we'll be together soon is good enough for us, we think :-)

Thank you, and I agree. Its just that my husband is having such a hard time and being able to be together for our one year anniversary has been something we have been looking forward to keeping us positive and hopeful. Once the initial shock wears off the exciting part is that we will be together soon. Many interview dates are scheduled a month out, we just really didn't expect for it to be two months is all. Thanks for your words of encouragement, I do appreciate it.

In a few days your petition will be at embassy you can always contact them and request an earlier date. You never know it could be granted, Doesn't hurt to ask.

Many times I have seen it. Depends on availability. It's not like a expedite where you have to show evidence and reason and such. I have seen dates moved up a month. So just be prepared if they change it could be any day. I would get medical done soon as you can.

Yes that is true interviews are always an ongoing thing. But really thats for embassies less busy. Most like Nigeria, UK and others they fill up fast fast because they don't open up alot of slots for IR1/CR1.

Some like a Iceland, case complete interview same day. Less busy months immediate. Thats usually Philippines they usually always have room But with the Typhoon they been pretty booked.

Dwheels do you know anything about Uzbekistan embassy, how busy it is? Im following your list since last year and have not seen my country's name in it, LOL

and i just called NVC and spoke with the lady she said the case is completed and said we don't have a timeframe. I asked what do you mean when can we expect to receive interview letter and she repeated again we don't have a timeframe. Really dont know what did she mean..

Are you using the latest version of IE as your browser? CEAC never works for me on IE. Use a different browser like Chrome or Safari.

Ohhh I feel bed for you. You have the same situation like me. I have 9 years relationship , 2 year and a half married , but we call NVC every single day. Now we are waiting for interview. I have the interview on 24 , my God so many time we have cry , we have sufer a lot , but all I know I love my housband more than ever! He is my everything no mater how hard the faith will be for us! Love will heal any wounds!!!

Here's a Sri Lanka from December. Your embassy isn't that busy should be fast. Just hang on.
