So I just checked USCIS website and it seems like nothing changed from November time table. They updated it this morning and they are still showing February 13 for all 4 service centers.oops8rh.gif

actually, they showed previously feb 12, 2013... so they worked off 1 day! also relative petitions for spouses went from 7.4 months at the NBC to 8.7 months...

Just speechless... I'm not relaying this information to my wife, it will break her heart and i dont want to see her cry... Will wait for next month, where they reduce the number back 1 month for processing times and goto Feb 14 2013 processing date...

though you know what, most of the approvals came in november and december, and Oct was a pretty slow month for approvals based on my recolection... this information is about 60 days old...

This information was what they had available when they told us that they were working diligently to clear our backlog. Nov. #'s will probably be improved, but still nowhere where they need to be.

And advancing 1 day in over a month. BULLHONKEY.

Can you imagine? maybe they were siting in the offices doing nothing! lol.. so if as at DEC19,and still battling with Feb filers then those of us who filed in october will wait till 2015.. God help us o!

I personlly was expecting exactly what happend and I wrote that in one of the threads.

I'm gonna sound a little hypocrit here but: if they updated the processing times by a month or two, they would have been floaded with service requests from Febrauary and march filers that are still waiting for their NOA2.

They lied to us again and they will not stop lying to us until they get their SH&%$ together.

To all the people waiting out there: Hang in there ladies and gentelmen! eventhough they did not update the processing times, we know they are working on transferring June and July right now and they working on adjudicating the rest of the applicants (Feb, March, April and May)! Hold tight and roll tied! GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!!!!!

I had a feeling this would happen. They made 'progress' last month after we called them out and I knew they would relax thinking we would quiet down. I think the only way these processing times will continue to move is if we make noise and make noise often.

What else can we do? Does anyone have suggestions? We've rallied together before and got a response, I think we can do it again.
