congrats, hey if you have lawyer still we can do online?

we dont have lawyer so I am not sure but as long you have your case# and IIN you can log in to ceac... I guess your lawyer will receive it so he/she should forward it to you :) but I am not 100% sure how it works with lawyers.

I want to see you all still waiting for noa2 at nvc with me ! my fingers are almost purple from crossing them.

December 2013 Spreadsheet

NOA1-12/5/2013

NOA2-8/11/2014

Scan date-11/12/2014

Case Complete - 12/30/2014

No. We will do it now. They would ve told us to wait for 60 days , if we called before 11th September. We are planning to put SR today.

I am confused about talking to tier 2 officer vs service request. Which one is effective and faster? For sr response, it may take upto one month but at the same time i ve read of cases where tier 2 call wasn't informative. Can my wife call USCIS helpline on Saturday? Or they work only office hours?

call tier 2 bindas, its not gonna hurt anyone. I called for like 20 times ...

And also put SR

Contact your congress man

Take appointment for Info Pass (BTW not recommended, its waste of time)

Email service center directly

At least ring the bells...

My case is same like yours. 60 days for rfe response completed yesterday. We will file service request today.

Are you at VSC? We had RFE as well and took 90 days from VSC to get approval. Just to give you timeframe. You are not alone, it is common to go above 60 days after RFE especially if security checks are not complete.
