Can you post link for online service request.

I believe this may be it.

https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayONPTForm.do?entryPoint=init&sroPageType=onpt

If not, someone may be able to help with a better link. It's a start anyway :)

Ok did it says my petition is still in normal pressing times

Then call 5 times a day. We pay them to work for us and you are not pleased with their service. Call 5 times a day until you get what you want. There is absolutely no reason we should wait 6 months because thy "say so". Be polite but be firm and insist they open one for you. Maybe you can also mention value for service? We pay the same amount as those being approved in weeks at CSC and that is value? We should get 70% of our money refunded to us or charge CSC filers 3 times the amount for rushed service. Fedex and UPS does :).

I know they say 5 months is standard processing time, but that is not true and we all know it. It is true for only one center and you paid the same amount as others...demand service...you deserve it.

One last point. If we all sat around and waited on the government because they told us to, can you imagine where this country would be today? Think about it.

Good luck.

Now I need to take cover from the rocks that will be heading my way from CSC filers...lol

For everyone that has been trying to file an online service request: I also just filed one, and like tanak45 here I would have been denied it had i not put in a phony date for my filing time. oops, off by a number on the year... but someones gonna see my case! Maybe?

by the way no luck on the whole "we moved your case to the adjudication area" thing, still no changes in my case.

I was told by USCIS that the approved petition was sent to NVC last Friday for processing. I called first thing this morning (7am) and was told that it takes 4-5 weeks for them to receive it...thats not accurate is it?

My noa2 was 5-14. At one point I had been told that my petition wasn't even going to stop at the NVC (this was wrong) and I had escalated to a tier 2 at USCIS to get things cleared up for me and was told my petition did in fact ship to the NVC on 5-21. As of Thursday, the NVC still had not processed it. Hopefully soon but they take a little bit to get it into the system sometimes :(

I129F SENT: 12-24-2013

TEXAS SERVICE CENTER

NOA1: 01-02-2014

NOA2: 05-14-2014

NVC received and assigned case #: 5-29-2014

Left NVC: 06-04-2014

Interview Scheduled: 6-24-2014 SO EXCITED!!!!!!!! :dancing::star:

We have no news yet and I am starting to be concerned. We got our noa1 on December the 30th 2013. We tried to call to the USCIS number but we don't get any answers, literally, they did not pick up the phone, they kept us waiting and waiting until someone finished the call. It seems that they are really busy. Does anybody else have the same problem?

Thank you and good luck!
