DECEMBER TSC FILERS!! I JUST FOUND THIS IN THE GENERAL IMMIGRATION FORUM, PLEASE GO TO IT (log in with Facebook or whatever)...

Let USCIS know what they need to improve on!!

This is an open forum where USCIS gives us the opportunity to let our voices be heard!! There's a petition about I-130 and I-129f processing speeds and the current backlog. Vote it to the top!

We should probably come up with our own "Idea", does anyone have any input?

Howdy ya'll,

I'm back and a bit confused as I remember finding all of these forms at like 3am after a long day at work and really should have jotted notes instead of trusting myself to sort it out. http://canberra.usembassy.gov/fiance_niv_appl.html is my list of things to do/send to him. Now I know I've seen on here I could use an i-9 as proof of employment, but that seems a bit much and would require a trip to another state as my supervisor said immediately that's something HR has to do. So what are you all thinking for the letter from my job? And if the recent tax documents are sent, does a letter from my bank need to go as well? Lastly, just curious but since I'm not married yet to him...does his daughter who is staying in Australia with her mom count as a dependent? Or is this I-134 just for me and him, and I don't list any dependents at all.

http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Employment_Letter I found this but it feels a bit too skimpy. Also, it looks like bank letters are needed, so do I just go in and ask for one? My primary bank account I've had since I was 16 and has my grandparents on it, bc a) at the time I was underage and b) it has helped us with managing bills as a family due to me going through the cycles of being a broke teen, a broke college kid, a broke grad student, and finally a person who appears to make money but in reality pays a lot to student loans. Also, I pay most of their bills on a credit card to get airline miles for the upcoming trips to Oz for visiting his kid and family.

This is an interesting thing I found looking for the bank account stuff, did any of you all send tax returns for the past 3 yrs or just the most recent? I saw this thing about sending 3yrs of tax returns back when I first started looking into the fiance visa, but it's not listed in the instructions for the I-134 nor the list from Australia as needed.

Last question for the night, how far back would you think is needed for proof of an ongoing relationship? I went to print off all the messages on fb between now and when he left in Dec and that's 35pgs even when I reduced it to georgia 10 and took out the spaces. I also have skype calls I can print off as well, so maybe shrink it down to 3mths or just edit out some so it's a brief look at Dec-May?

For proof I did random snippits.

Skype: screenshot of the first month with skype call hours. Then three months later the same. Then at month 9 another screen shot. And the last one was of just before we send the package.

Whatsapp: screenshot from the log that shows the time stamps. Same fashion as with skype. This all resulted in about 6-8 pages. Whatsapp was a bit harder to find appropriate text since.... sexting.

Hope this helps a bit reducing the logs and pages.

Great suggestion Jjfgk1987. I voted it up :). I see there are currently 58 votes to agree including mine. Do you know how many votes we should have to be able for them to improve their services, especially the processing times for i-129f at TSC?

Salwa - For all call history for Tango - I took a snapshots, paste it on MS word, printed and sent it over with my application. I am not sure about the Tango messages. I use WhatsApp for text messages and it gives you an option to send conversation history via email.
