Medical is good for 1 year. However, the visa is good for 6 months, which is from the date of the medical. You don't want it too close to the interview, meaning less than a week, as they advise you they need time for the embassy to receive the results.

For Philippines, the medical is only valid within 6 months. The visa expiry is tied up with the medical's expiry date as well.

All K-1 visas expire in 6 months. It has nothing to do with how long a medical is valid for. However, the USEM starts this 6 month K-1 validity with the date of this medical.

The medical is good for one year, meaning you will not need another one if you file for AOS after US entry within that year.

Can i get my medical done 4weeks early from my interview?

Yes you can, but remember the visa validity date is tied to the date of the medical, so the K-1 visa will only be good for 5 months from issuance instead of 6 months. I know it's not really an issue being most leave for the USA within days ;) ... but be aware just the same.
