Nothing makes sense. Someone with a pd two days after me at vsc has had an rfe. I'd kill for an rfe right now. At least I'd know they were working on our case. And they are approving 2014 like November and December don't exist.

Someone who filed on the same day and is one number different in their case number got an RFE 3 weeks ago, yet they're still on "November 12 2013." Try to make sense of that.

Trust me, you don't want an RFE from VSC. They say they will make decision within 60 days of RFE response, yet I found at least 3 cases waiting in RFE response review since March. While most of the other service centers make decision within week or two of rfe response, I have no idea what takes VSC 2 months in RFE review.

Six months for me today. Had hoped against hope I might see approval by yesterday. Being powerless to effect change is terrible.

This process is terrible, and I say that even as I tell myself approval should be any day now, all things being equal.

Which they're not.

Peace and patience all........................

I keep waiting on the NOA2 as if it's the finish line and then I remind myself that we have another 3-6 months to go beyond that (It seems like the average time to NVC to assign a case number is 1 month, NVC process average is 2 months, plus 1-2 months for medical and interview). If only this were the final step- then waiting for this part wouldn't be so frustrating.

12/27/12 - Married in Bamako, Mali

11/12/13 - I-130 package sent

11/15/13 - NOA1

05/27/14 - NOA2

06/16/14 - Case received NVC

07/01/14 - Case number assigned

07/21/14 - DS-261 completed

07/25/14 - AOS bill paid

07/30/2014 - AOS package sent

08/18/2014 - add-on AOS package sent (learned that I should have sent 2 separate I-864s even though the cases are joined...oops!)

09/19/2014 - IV bill paid

09/26/2014 - AOS checklist received

11/09/2014 - DS 260 completed online

12/22/2014 - AOS checklist package and IV documents scan date

03/02/2015 - Case Complete!!! (70 days)

04/02/2015 - Interview in Dakar (221g - Needed to verify a court document)

04/21/2015- Visas in hand!!

I can't believe we have this whole world that no one knows about. I really appreciate you guys and it's just shows that humans can be good. Were all strangers and we came together to support each other there's something about that

, that is wonderful.

I think we need to stay strong no matter how hard this is. You guys are some of the strongest people I've ever met (even just online met). We will finish this and it'll be over forever. We will stick together and good things will happen. I want to go to US (home) so bad I cry on a daily basis. But it's you guys who keep me and all of us going. We aren't alone. We aren't forgotten.

And we will F^#%^^% USCIS up of they think were weak and don't know what's going on.

We can do this guys. It's awful, inhumane, I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. But I'm glad you're all here and we go thru this together.

Ok my soap box moment is done. <3,

Don't let them break us! Call. Complain. B~>^%#! Until we get to be with our loves. And we all meet here in joy and not pain.

<3
