yes this is my sec the first on was in novemver 7 2012 and we did get denail on the 3 july we have been calling uscis to find out why the reason why got denail for all they can said wait for notice we did wait for how long and we dont get that notice at all i did call the uscis again and get with an officer imgrant and she did told me we need to apply again because nbc is very slow and we did apply so usics did accepte our case on 8 my case was intiail review after that go back to acceptance i did make sure about everything

It was a bad idea to reapply before finding out why your first petition was denied.

is really best you 'allow' the petitioner to deal with the bank issues.

Id like to thank.everyone for trying to explain to my husband what happened as it was not my account the.bank held my check for 10 business days and returned it. But my husband says.that i didnt send the payment at all which is bot the case. So it has created a big problem between him and i so i will be cancelinv the petition and filing for divorce becaise that is what he wants which is really a shame and we have a beautiful 4 month old daughter so if anyone knows what i need to do to file id appreciate any advice

for the petition itself, do nothing.

you'll be getting a letter from USCIS, containing an invoice to pay the I-130 fee.

If you not pay it, the petition is cancelled, full stop.

the rest of stuff, divorce, study what's what for the state and county in which you reside.
