For what month filers are the I-130's getting processed right now at NBC ? Any Idea ?

When my husband called in USCIS they told him they are still workibg in october 2012 filers..we are May filer and was told to wait for another 5-6 months..so all in all 1 yeat just to wait for Noa2

June 2 2013 priority date
december 2013 Rfe
february 2014 sent Rfe
March 2014 approved at USCIS
june 2014 NVC received
march 2 2015 sent aos and iv package
march 8 i emailed nvc request to expedite my case
march 13 approved expedite request
march 17 in transit status in CEAC
march 19 case file at US embassy
march 23 first day of medical at Slec
march 29 personal evaluation...passed!
April 6 immunization
april 13 interview at USEM. under Administrative Processing Reason; Medical result was still not forwarded by SLEC.
After my interview i called SLEC they told me they forwarded it at USEM same day of my interview.
July 29 I emailed SLEC to confirm again when did they forwarded my Medical Result at USEM. They replied...forwarded April 13.
July 30 status update date change FINALLY.
September 2015 went in US embassy to withdraw my passport coz I've waited for how many months and no approval yet. Only to find out my case file has been sitting in the corner ...no one reviewed my medical result. to make the story short, I took medical again for the second time , then after a my medical result released, I have my visa on my hands.

November 7, 2015 SSN
December 2015... 10 year green card arrived
December 2015 Driver's license issued..yay! <p>




NATURALIZATION N400 SECTION 319B
January 29,2016 Application for N400 section 319b sent at Phoenix AZ
February 1 Priority date
February 9 NOA
February 23 Biometric done, walk in (March 2 original schedule
February 28 Inline for interview
March 30 interview was scheduled
May 4, 2016 INTERVIEW APPROVED

Hey lets think positive! I saw 3 April's get approved recently! I'm an April also! There doesn't seem to be any method really. Perhaps each adjudicator has a pile on his desk. I know in the next two weeks we are gonna see a whack of approvals! Right!!!!!

lollllllllllllllllllllllllllll :P we are 1st may filler ..and USC spouse called USCIS they said the current time for i 130 is 6 n half months ...so guys keep being patient and see where our boat goes ..:'(

I got NOA1 on March26 and still waiting for NOA2. ClockWatch2.gif​ But I saw that many people the got NOA1 after me already got NOA2. shocked.gif

Nov 05 - being processed at a local USCIS office (CSC)

Nov 20 - finally! NOA 2

Dec 21 - Case number and IIN generated

Dec 23 - Submitted/Completed DS-261 online

Dec 23 - AOS fee bill invoiced

Dec 28 - AOS shows PAID

Dec 28 - IV fee bill invoiced

Jan 12, 2014 - sent out AOS Package

Jan 18 - IV fee shows PAID

Jan 18 - DS-260 available

Jan 19 - Completed/Submitted DS-260 online

Jan 26 - IV Package sent to NVC

Feb 03 - IV package under review (wait for 30 days to complete)

Feb 06 - advance medical done (results & cd on-hand)

Feb 10 - AOS package has been reviewed and completed (by email) (25 days)

Feb 24 - IV package has been reviewed & completed  (by phone call) (22 days)  

Feb 24 - Case Completed (phone call & email)

Feb 28 - received an email about my interview appointment (P4 letter)

April 04, 2014 - Interview Schedule (by email)
April 04 - Administrative processing ( due to missing AOS documents, sent out right away)
April 07/08 - still AP
April 11 - AP changed to Ready (for interview)
April 11 - Ready changed to ISSUED (Thanks God!)

April 22 - Visa received

May 10 - My most awaited date! My flight to San Diego CA.

 

May 23 - applied for SSN. June 2 - received my SSN Jun 9 - got a job. July 21 - received my green card (wrong expiration date and combined first and middle name, filed for I-90-correction) Aug 08 - applied for a state ID Sep 05 - biometrics appointment  Oct 09 - received my state ID Nov 03 - post decision activity (I-90 application) Nov 07 - card/document production (need to wait for 30 days for my new green card) Nov 10 - received the new green card (2 months & 5 days)

Timeline

My petition was filed April 12th 2013, initially sent to VSC, then transferred to Nebraska. I haven't heard any more yet, still in Initial Review. I will update this site with any developments in my case. The only way we will ever get up-to-date information is by sharing our own experiences, as the USCIS stats are so old by the time they are posted they are not much help.

So All January Filers are approved i assume ??

NO ! I am a Jan.22nd filer and I made an info pass just last Thursday

only to find out that me and my wife have waited almost 9 months for

nothing because they lost my entire I-130 file that I filed for my wife.

trust me have your husband to make an info pass and check on your file

because im a jan 22nd filer and made an info pass only to find out that

we been waiting almost 9 months for nothing because they lost my entire

I-130 file that I have filed for my wife.

you will know it when u look for the address from where the NOA1 came from. In case they transfer your papers to other service center, they will also notify u.
