CN, IIN & BIN generated 20th June. Still waiting as of today to be able to access DS-261 and pay AOS invoice. Can't do either. When logging in says something like "not eligible for processing at this time". Representative on the phone says 10-20 business days before they will be available.

What do you think? Your experience?

Cheers.

Yeah we got same approvals on 24 June and still can't access anything. Same error message. Sigh, was really hoping it was going to speed up by now. Now it is looking like we will also miss our first anniversary together. I can't complain too much though as we were able to spend most of this awful process together.

ok, thanks, I will call them again on Monday (I called last week and only got a busy signal)

Call right when they open in the morning. I usually get through on a few redials. Have to wait about 20 minutes once you do. If you call later in the day it is damn near impossible. I have heard of people redialing over 100 times to get through in the afternoon.

DS-261 became available yesterday.

My petitioner name was listed under the AOS, but today I take a look and his name has disappeared!! I hope this means they are working on invoicing the AOS.

NVC process is taking longer these days. to get invoiced and for the NVC to review the AOS and IV package is taking 5 weeks or 6 weeks if you get a checklist you need to add another 5 weeks, and two more weeks to get case complete and another 5 weeks to get an interview.

Total from the date you get a case number assigned to the intherview date is taking about 5-6 months.

all together from the date you send your I-130 is taking a full one year or more

Background check!? :wow: I thought NVC was supposed to do a background check since you'll need to submit a police certificate? :dead:

They also do internal name check on petitioner and in some cases beneficiary before they approve i130. We don't have any criminal records, but it could be due to our common names. Just gotta wait for it..sigh
