Hey there I filed in November 2021, had to do biometrics in Jan 2022 (I postponed to feb) and then had my interview scheduled for August 2022 (I had to postpone to Sept 2022). Original interview date was 08-18-2022. I had to reschedule and they postponed it to new date. Nashville interview. My appointment was at 9.30. Went in and there was only another person there. We waited for 15 minutes or so and then an agent gave us a number. in another 15-20 minutes we were called in. I went to the back for my interview, the agent was nice, he asked the usual questions, the civics questions and English test. I was approved and then given the sheet for the oath ceremony on the same day at 2pm. At 2pm there were around 12 people. Around 2.10 the agent came out and called us into the room, by 2.30 we had taken the oath! Very smooth and very friendly staff.

Approved on Sept 6th! Same day Oath. More details in timeline. Good luck to everyone still waiting.

Thank you for all this information! That means I cannot travel internationally after my oath ceremony and before I get my US passport I'm assuming since they will take the green card...

Congrats to everyone that passed the interview! Can someone explain what the process is after the interview? How do we know whether or not the oath is on the same day? Any other forms we need to submit afterwards?

Anyone knows what happens after you're done with the interview and they tell you, you have your oath in couple of hours but you have another appointment. Do you have to make it then? Can you request to reschedule it?

Both! I noticed the online one two days before the notice arrived in the mail.

I got my interview scheduled for August 18th in Nashville unfortunately I have to reschedule since I will be traveling. They said they will contact me within 30 days with a new date. Obviously I wasn't expecting to get it now since the estimated time was 9 months still!
