My status has not changed yet, but I found that processing time of Nebraska is now 5months. It was 9.4months about a week ago n so I hope all of our cases will be approved soon. I think this 5months is what everybody had talked on this VJ. I was late to notice haha.

On another website, she received RFE from NSC. Her pd date is Sep30, n transferred to NSC on Mar5.

Im pretty worried that Im gonna receive RFE as well.

It's already Monday morning in Tokyo. I cannot wait to hear from good news from USCIS. But well it's still Sunday there hehe.

I think we should all be more patient. It would seem that as soon as they sped up approvals, instead of taking it as a blessing, a lot of us have become increasingly impatient with waiting. Think about it like this, people who filed 2 months before you, waited 6 months for a transfer, while we have waited 5 months..and people filing 3-4 months before us had waited around 7 months or more.

April will be HUGE for approvals, so just take it easy and whether it comes in the beginning of the month or at the end, we will get there and it will be faster than the majority who came before us! I feel bad complaining when I see so many others from May, June, July etc. still waiting. :/

I have been wondering the same - whether us lot will be included in the randomness of current approvals among the transferees or if they will finish all transfers before looking at the cases directly sent to the service centres.

I wonder same thing, are we less special for getting taken random or what ? When will we get approved ? ! My PD is 21 October so i have big hope that once Nebraska will start approving people who got routed directly i will be one of the first, but who knows :) congrats for Friday approvals and sorry for RFE

Although I'm still waiting for my darn NOA2, I'm thinking ahead because I got bored of waiting. LOL :jest:

I'm hearing there is a backlog at NVC (although it's got better compared to 1-2 months ago), and it's still taking about a month to receive a case number so I have a feeling most of us will be processed around the same time at NVC. Getting NOA2 1-2 weeks sooner or later may not make much difference. :star:

I giggled because I am one of those folks who look 50 x's a day it seems. I give up ever so often and read about the NVC stage, then I get confused and go back to checking all the numbers in front of me to see if we may be close to our NOA2. Come On Nebraska!!!!!!!!!!!!!

any news on Texas service center...for October filers.?? :clock: mine was transferred on 11th march still nothing :( any one know what number i could call for service request?

I'm at VSC, not TSC...but you can always contact your state representative's office to help. I live in Vermont and my app is at the VSC, so my congressman's office just filed a request for case status and a completion timeline. It's not a service request exactly, but that's also worth a try. I've been waiting longer than the processing time listed on the VSC site (although I know our cases were at NBC too) so I figured I should get someone else involved. Don't know if it'll make a difference, but it certainly can't hurt.

You guys all that talk of being more patient is going to come off as hypocritical after that long nights sleep. Woke up to an approval email sent out early this morning. Barely snuck through March, and from NSC of all places. Get ready guys and gals, it's coming!

Congrats! I'm super envious! :)

I know NSC sends out approval emails between 9am and 10am (Central Time Zone) so I just checked my online status - Nothing! LOL! :help:

There is nothing like starting the day in disappointment! :bonk: Oh, well. That's life. Haha.

Well, Tier 2 came on after only 70 minutes! I was told to "disregard" the change of address email from the 29th. Also, apparently on the 25th my case was opened, because he mentioned that something happened on that date, but he couldn't say what. I didn't get an email about that one. Maybe they started the background checks and stuff? If so, anyone know how long it takes for that go through for a low risk country such as mine? Congrats to all approved, and hang in there to all still waiting!

Thanks! I'm more excited than I might sound. Nothing like the relief of knowing the unsure part is out of the way. At least the NVC process is much more streamlined!
