My grandfather came here and is a LPR. My father is a U.S Citizen. We have looked into bringing one of my uncles over here where my grandfather will petition for his son. My question is if my father file it could take up to 12 years. Is there a way my LPR grandfather can bring in his son in a time lesser than if my father were to sponsor him as a sibling. ?

If your grandfather petitions for your uncle, he will probaly fall under the F3 category. In this case it will "only" take 10 years instead of 12.

It's amazing how many questions can be resolved with a 2 minute Google search...

Is the uncle married? If yes, grandfather cannot bring him. If no, he can.

Why not it would be Father(USC) - Son relation?

Read closely: The OP is asking if his GRANDFATHER can bring his UNCLE. It is a father son relation, but the father in this case is a LPR.
