Okay. So I was double checking every thing.... My fiancé dated all his paper work ----- letter of intent personal statement g325 with September 30,2013. Im ready to send everything in but today is only the 16th???

What do you all suggest???? I do NOT want an RFE or any problems,

If it was me I would just wait... Its like 13 days and a red flag could set you back alot more... I am a tad conservative and worry about every detail... So for me I would just have it ready to roll on the morning of the 30th.

8/22/15 Received notice of interview "call in letter" for September 1st 8am

9/01/15 AOS Interview Houston-APPROVED!

9/01/15 Card in production, Welcome notice has been mailed

9/05/15 Welcome Notice Received

9/08/15 Greencard was mailed

9/10/15 GREENCARD RECEIVED!!!!!!!!

 

ROC

6/2/17 mailed I-751 to csc priority mail

7/1/17 I-751 returned rejected (multiple items)

7/3/17 I-751 mailed again with signature confirmation

7/6/17 second I-751 delivered and signed for by Daniel Manchaca

7/10/17  Check Cashed

7/10/17  NOA

7/22/17  Biometrics letter for 8/2/17

8/02/17 Biometrics appointment DONE

3/05/18 case moved to local office

8/25/18 Extension letter (18 months)

9/29/18 service request submitted

10/06/18 response to service request

10/11/18  approved. No RFE, no interview

10/16/18  approval letter received in the mail

10/19/18 greencard received

Yup. That was my thought. For the OP, make sure you are using G325-A because someone is here got an RFE because of that.

You cant change anything once you submit. If they flag it, deal with the RFE once you get it. If they don't flag it, then wonderful for you. But I don't think you will get flagged for a minor error like that.

You can ask him to get another G325A and then send it back to TSC and you should have another page include your receipt number. They will add it in your file before you get your RFE.

Both of you have to use G325-A (biographic information). Like other said, tick other: I-129F.

I agree with others, I would wait and I would make sure I was sending in the correct forms (G-325A) the first time rather than taking the chance that sending in additional paperwork made it to the chart or getting an RFE. It's just not worth the extra time and hassle that could come of sending in the wrong form. Good luck!

If it was dated in pen you can change it but if it was typed its best you just wait to avoid any problems. Its a good thing you observed it.
