Can you my friends please answer this ?. I am very nervous about my I-130. I had no idea really what I was doing when I filled it out and may have made mistake. Where it asks list spouse and all children of your relative I did that but then it asks relationship. I wrote step-son and step-daughter. I thought they wanted relationship to me. But i think I should have wrote son and daughter. They wanted relationship to my husband. Is this going to mess things up? I have already been waiting 7 months.

I am not really sure of that. But If they have questions they will send you RFE. Mine was when I filled up that part I did not include my name in the children's list. When I called them and talked to Tier 2 officer, he said it was okay because my birth certificate would prove my relationship to the beneficiary.

His was approval Sept 26 and received the hard copy in October. We're both March filers and my priority date was even ahead of his.

That might be really good news for all the transferees now, I think.

Thanks!

I so hope all of you will get your approvals soon .star_smile.gif

March filers are being processed for the moment at NBC, i see no march filers transferred at local offices, mine certainly not for now. And i believe it will be processed at NBC.

DFC or Expedites are no different than the rest regarding transfer in another center, especially the last one.

i keep track of many cases and i don't see any large transfer of March filers.

hi, i can't say that's impossible but still no large transfers are occurring, which makes me believe that information needs to be validated and still not be generalized unless there is a massive "transferred" trend going on..

i keep track of a lot of cases direclty from uscis case status and see no transfer at the momenteb0dfafc.gif

Can I ask where you are getting your information from that March filers will be the next to get transferred to local offices?

Also, does local office mean for example the one here in NJ (bc I live in NJ)?

Sorry for all the questions!!
