Hello everyone, am a new member to this site, but have been following the site for a while and that really helped me during my K-1 interview in April. I migrated to states from Nigeria with a k-1 visa to join my fiance who is in the military and a us citizen. I came in April 25th, 2013 and had our court wedding four days later and immediately my hubby started the AOS process. We had our aos interview 4th September, the lady was so unfriendly towards us and said we don't have much evidence to show we are married and also requested for the form i-94 that was given to me at my POE. And unfortunately for us, we couldn't find the I-94 slip, searched everywhere but couldn't find it. We gave her the duplicate copy but she rejected it and insisted on the original. Now she told us to mail the i-94 slip to her in 90 days time with a notorzised letter from friends and family that knows us very well and a complete vaccine history from the hospital here or face denial. Our problem now is the form I-94 that we cant find, but we do have copies and my visa was stamped at the poe. Please what should we do?

Perhaps try calling and then going to your Port of Entry and request a dublicate? I read another topic (sorry, cannot find it now) where it was suggested to do so in case of lost I-94.

Here is a link for requesting a dublicate (can take a while):

Also, why don't you setup an InfoPass in your local office and ask if they can help you in any way?

Did you check online with your passport number to get your I-94 number? Maybe just print the page!? That's what I did but then again I never received the green I-94 when I entered.
