And, FYI, my wife never received any tracking info but the GC arrived by Priority Mail just the same... (10 days after approval text, 3 days after "card mailed" update)

I need some patience i guess lol , haven't heard anything yet Any of you guys know if i were supposed to receive an RFE should i have received by now , i my NOA1 was 19th September , was transferred to CSC on 16th oct.

By the way the evidence i sent was :

1.Copies of Lease agreement for last three years on both of our names

2.Tax return filed joinly for last two years.

3.Credit Card Statements of two cards along with copies of actual credit card.

4.Joint bank account statements , also a letter from the branch manager stating our average balance in a month and the duration of our account.

5.Lots of photographs printed out of the computer on A4 size papers.

6.Copies of Drivers License,Bank mails and Other Mails showing the address on the same location.

7.Three Affidavits (non attested )from the mother in law and couple friends.

RFE at this stage would be really hard to respond!

I am keeping my fingers crossed that you don't receive a RFE Ron 1305...when you already sent almost everything but the kitchen sink it can be very difficult to find something in additition to it!

Finally got notice today that my wife and son's green cards have been ordered for production and should arrive within 30 days. We were approved on December 23rd but things seemed to stall after we received a post-approval biometrics appointment for my 8 year old son. I called and asked to speak to a tier 2 immigration agent 2 days ago. She was amazing and very sweet. 2 days later, bam, cards ordered for production.

For anyone who feels that their case is stalling or nothing is happening, I can't recommend strongly enough that you call the USCIS information line and politely ask to speak with a tier 2 agent (after politely allowing the tier 1 operator to give you the same information you can see on line). Even if the wait is longer than 2 hours, just leave your callback number and they will usually call you back sooner than the estimated wait time. Twice in our process things seemed to just stop dead, but after speaking to a Tier 2 immigration agent and having inquiry requests made the results were almost instantaneous.

08/30/2013 I-751 mailed to VSC (wife and son joint)
09/05/2013 NOA1
10/07/2013 Transferred to CSC
11/12/2013 Called and requested Status Inquiry and also scheduled InfoPass
11/19/2013 InfoPass appointment (received referral for walk-in Biometrics)
11/21/2013 Received response to Status Inquiry along with biometrics appointment attatched for 12/13/2013 (wife only)
12/10/2013 Walk-in Biometric completed (wife only)
12/23/2013 Received NOA of Approval for both my wife and son!
1/23/2014 Received a post-approval Biometrics appointment for my son... uggh
2/10/2014 Called and requested a Status Inquiry as to why production of our green cards have not been ordered.
2/12/2014 Received notice that production of both cards have been ordered and should arrive within 30 days.

Received notice today that both cards have been mailed. No tracking number provided. Hoping we get them before the end of the week! Good luck guys.

Well we weren't forgotten after all. We just got the text and status update online:

On February 18, 2014, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

It's nice to have this behind us at last! Thank you all for helping us this far. Best of luck to everyone
