Filing fee

I hear a lot of people on here mentioning a $240 fee for the K-1 visa. USCIS website says the fee is $340.

I'm about to sound really stupid but which one is it?? Has it changed recently and that is why I see both 240 and 340? Thanks

This is the link for the Visa fees. Look under "K" visas. $240 is what you pay after the petition is approved for the visa itself. The petition fee for USCIS is $340.
