On December 5, 2006, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

2006-09-07: NOA1

2006-11-18: RFE

2006-11-28: RFE replay

2006-12-05: NOA2

NVC

2006-01-06: e-mailed Choice of Agent

2006-01-06: received AOS fee bill

2006-01-08: returned AOS fee bill

2006-01-10: NVC e-mailed confirming Choice of Agent

Thank you all! Thank you for your help too! We have had an RFE few days ago and to be honest I was not expecting approval so fast! I am so happy, I cannot describe it!

Congratulatons to everyone who already have thier approvals, and good luck to all of us for the rest of our journey...

Congrats!! What was the RFE for (if you don't mind me asking)?

We have sent international marriage certificat and they need only translation in english. That was strange to me. On international m.c. you can find translation to english and other languages, but they wanted english only. Luckly it all tourned out well, and it was done very fast after it. :thumbs:

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
