hey guys!! My GC arrived!! I am so happy!! and keep me update about you guys!! and good luck!!

Congrats Gabiskis, I hope I'll receive mine next week. I received a,notification yesterday that the welcome letter was mailed on the 13th, my GC was approved at the interview on 9/11.

It was ordered for production on 9/12/13....

I'm glad I found this forum, thanks to it I knew what to expect.

Got a letter yesterday stating that we may be eligible for an interview waiver. It then went on to state the they were backlogged and my case may take up 6 more months. If I don't hear anything after 6 moths of the date of the letter, give them a call.

Hi everyone I just want an advice about calling uscis for my AOS been pending since June 15 no updates, so I wanted to call them but I don't know if that is a good idea. Plz any idea.

If you haven't receive an REF since you file, probably your interview has been waived. Definately I would call them or get an infopass to speak to them in person.. Did you get your EAD?

Sorry I haven't updated in a while, but I wanted to let everyone know that our interview on September 25th went well.

The IO let us know that he approved my wife on the spot and that she would receive her green card within 4-6 weeks. Great news. :)
