Any progress??

Not yet, unfortunately. It's been almost 30 days since our I-485 status changed to "Testing and Interview."

Hopefully we'll receive an appointment date this week, and we're hoping to receive an EAD/AP update soon, too!

Nothing either, Today it's been 43 days since USCIS received my applications. I-485 still on acceptance, and EAD/ ap on initial review no change since June 24,ClockWatch2.gif

The wait is definitely not fun. Now that it's been 61 days since USCIS received our applications, we're anxiously awaiting any updates.

Receiving the "Testing and Interview" status update on July 8 got our hopes up for a speedier than usual process, but that was 29 days ago and still no interview date. -_-

**Funny story, i got into a mild disagreement with the wife before she left for work.. so she had been calling my phone which i was ignoring. The text buzzed and i thought it was just another attempt from her. I just got up to confirm it was her before ignoring it again lol. Needless to say, the text smoothed all arguments and disagreements almost instantly. content.gifcontent.gif

Hey guys.. Do you have any news?? I am a little worry, they did schedule my interview but my ead had no change status. And its been more then a month that i did the biometrics.mshould i be worry??

You might won't get one, since your interview will be in a couple of weeks. Green card is way better than the E A E.g.

Hi Gabyskis,

Most people receive approval of their EAD/AP approximately 60 days after their NOA1 (I-797 Notice of Action) receipt date (for some people it can take less than 60 days and for others it can take more than 60 days). It looks like, per your timeline, your NOA1 receipt date is June 17th or June 18th so you still have some days to go. I wouldn’t start to worry until on or after August 17th, and even then, you would still be within the normal processing time because, per USCIS processing times, it can take up to 90 days. :-)
