Ohh nooo.. this is just terrible. I've heard of 2nd biometrics but never 3rd. I have nothing to contribute but well wishes and hope that your journey will be done soon!

This is disappointing, after all they've put you through....

I wasn't aware fingerprints changed after a couple of years!!

The good thing is... you've been approved....So, not long now!!!dancin5hr.gif

the rule 'seems to be'

every 18 months.

so , if there was a biometric event 18 months or longer from an interview, biometrics will be ordered up again.

Since it's the local offices that manage MOST of the logistics for USCitizenship interviews, I'd be blaming the staff at the local office for any and all mismanagement .

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Yes. It is 100% the mismanagement of local office & the particular officer who is handling my case. I even did felt an attitude with Officer during my interview that he was discriminating me.

The FI rule is now for 15 months & not 18 months.

Since, I've currently been travelling to CA, last tuesday (03/11) I went to the ASC at Oakland, CA and gave my finger prints. The ASC officers were very courteous and helped me in getting a clear FP. They said, this would be my last FP appointment and I don't need to come back for another.

day 2 -- 04/12/2012-- package was received.

day 43-- 05/23/2012-- Notice for an interview is received for 06/26 @ 2pm

day 63-- 06/12/2012-- Received a Text & email for an update- Card production EAD/AP

day 77-- 06/26/2012-- interview / approved on the spot.

day 86-- 07/05/2012-- Received my GC in the mail.

ROC

day 1 -- 04/07/2014 -- ROC Package delivered to VSC

day 16 -- 04/23/2014 -- Walk-in Bio.

day 197 -- 10/20/2014-- Approval Letter received dated 10/16/2014

day 202 -- 10/25/2014-- GC received

Thankfully you got through it. some of us are still stuck. but I think USCIS needs a independent authority overlooking their whole process. Kind of harrassment people go through is mind boggling.
