USCIS email #1 We have transfered your case to ANOTHER OFFICE FOR FURTHER PROCESSING

another email about an hour after the first one saying Email #2 We have transfered your case to YOUR LOCAL OFFICE FOR PROCESSING

Then in about a week after those two you will get Email #3 saying we have TRANSFERED YOUR CASE AND IS NOW BEING PROCESSED.

Then a week from the third email one more that will make you smile saying

Email #4 on so & so we have mailed you a notice that we HAVE APPROVED YOUR PETITION

That was based on what happened to me. I got first two emails June 21 about an hour apart then received Email #3 June 27, then the approval email #4 July 8.

GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL, KEEP GOD IN THE PICTURE, HE CAN MAKE ALL THE DIFFERENCE

In Love with Rosela......

Some transfers have been waiting for around 2 months since the transfer.

Some transfers are approved in less than a month.

I'm not sure what the difference is for these cases, but they don't seem to be in order of receipt date/transfer date.

Unfortunately, or fortunately (depending on which side you're on) nothing is in a real order. Depends on the individual case officer, evidence given, straightforwardness of the case. But it does appear that a lot of the recent transfers are getting approved relatively quickly. So just hope you're one of those.

I likes The God, sometimes She nudges the elbow of an adjudicator, so that's a plus.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
